Phil is an executive with over 25 years of management experience in general management, sales, manufacturing, finance, supply chain and private equity. He spent the last 10 years in the solar industry as a senior executive providing sophisticated power electronics to the global Photovoltaic market. Accomplished in growing businesses organically and through acquisitions. Over 20 years of international business experience, managing multi-location, multi-national facilities including implementing ERP systems and Six Sigma techniques. Created strategic OEM customer relationships as well as growing distribution sales channels. Known for success in managing Fortune 500 companies as well as a track record in taking privately held companies to the next level including successful sale transaction.
Education:
Phil has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
