Solar Project Engineer

We are looking for creative, intelligent, and driven professionals who want to make a positive impact on the planet. As a Solar Project Engineer, this individual will will play a key role in facilitating the installation of GigaWatts worth of Solar Capacity around the world. Responsibilities:
  • Perform engineering analysis, including structural calculations for company products, in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Draft construction documents (plans, assembly drawings, shop drawings, and details) for ground mounted solar racking systems.
  • Participate in internal and upstream supply chain QC operations including documentation peer reviews and First Article Inspections (FAIs).

Required Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelors in Engineering Civil or Mechanical Engineering or similar.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, reports.
  • Ability to perform work independently and reliably according to work schedules and assignments.
  • Capability for navigating, interpreting and applying code requirements.
  • Commanding proficiency in AutoCAD.

Executive Assistant to CEO & Executive Team

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and three members of the Executive Team in our Norwalk, CT Headquarters. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, multi-task and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a very fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management; prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Executives’ ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties.

Receptionist/Office Manager

We are looking for a superstar Receptionist/Office Manager to join us in our Norwalk, CT Headquarters.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure physical office spaces are neat and clean including reception area and kitchen
  • Greet visitors and offer refreshments
  • Maintain security by registering guests in the system and issue access cards or key fobs
  • Answer all incoming calls within two rings and transfer calls to the appropriate team member or take messages
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments, and scan in mail for remote workers
  • Check packages daily in mail rooms, sort and distribute to appropriate departments, and take pictures of packages for remote workers and let them know where packages are being kept in the office
  • Ensure approved foods, drinks and office supplies are fully stocked and file all receipts in appropriate folders

Legal Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proven Corporate Counsel / Contracts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be a leader and an experienced negotiator with international multi-million dollar construction contracts. This role involves significant communication and negotiations in the interest of completing out a final contract with acceptable risk.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary contact for contract negotiations with Engineering, Construction and Procurement Firms (EPC)
  • Draft, review and negotiate various complex commercial contracts and agreements
  • Identify and mitigate risk issues
  • Monitor contracts performance and compliance, close-out, extension or renewal of contracts

Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will work to improve the monitoring interface and data acquisition pipeline for the Genius Tracker. They will work to improve the efficiency and security of data acquisition and develop new features that make the web interface easier to use and more feature-rich. This will involve developing tools and applications to ingest data through cloud infrastructure. Electronic Technician – Mesa, AZ

GameChange Solar is now hiring a hardworking electronic technician, who thrives in a fast-paced environment! This position is a crucial part of our team and important to the overall success of the process. This position is an essential support to our service center and allow us to provide high levels of service to our sites and professional customers. The electronics technician is responsible for performing a combination of repair, quality assurance, and root cause analysis of an integral product in solar tracking industry.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing motion control electronic components
  • Repair nodes by components parts such as battery charge controllers, wireless communication components, switches, relays etc.
  • Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) in a manufacturing environment
  • Maintain records of the RCA results using computer software such as Microsoft Excel
  • Help identify the most common electronic failure through visual inspections and software tools
  • Work with engineers and development team to provide input on RCA results
  • Perform quality assurance of assemblers and other technician’s work

Logistics/Project Manager Utility Scale Solar Industry

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager / Project Manager in Solar to undertake all aspects of project management to join our team. This is a highly demanding, challenging and fast paced full time position based in Norwalk CT.   • Customer interface for all scheduling, deliveries, and issue resolution

Supplier Quality Engineer

This is a prime opportunity with the possibility of rapid advancement for an ambitious engineer to expand their technical skills, management skills and solar experience.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Responsible for GCS Quality Plan and Quality Management System
  • Manage the entire Quality program for steel parts, tracker components, and internal processes.
  • Oversee vendor relationship as it relates to manufacturing, process and quality control, corrective action, continuous improvement, control plans, First Article Inspection and part production.
  • Maintain company quality records, report supplier performance and quality to management
  • Responsible for quality issues, RCCA, and client RFI’s.
  • Ensure all material certification requirements are in conformance for metal components
  • Assist Engineering Department with parts design as required.
