HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Manager responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.

Electronic Technician

GameChange Solar is now hiring a hardworking electronic technician, who thrives in a fast-paced environment! This position is a crucial part of our team and important to the overall success of the process. This position is an essential support to our service center and allow us to provide high levels of service to our sites and professional customers. The electronics technician is responsible for performing a combination of repair, quality assurance, and root cause analysis of an integral product in solar tracking industry.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing motion control electronic components
  • Repair nodes by components parts such as battery charge controllers, wireless communication components, switches, relays etc...
  • Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) in a manufacturing environment
  • Maintain records of the RCA results using computer software such as Microsoft Excel
  • Help identify the most common electronic failure through visual inspections and software tools
  • Work with engineers and development team to provide input on RCA results
  • Perform quality assurance of assemblers and other technician’s work
  • Help establish new and maintain existing assembly standards

Electrical Solar Design Lead/R&D

We are currently accepting applications for electrical engineers to join our solar tracker design team in Norwalk, CT. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, intelligent, and a driven professional who wants to change the world by making solar energy affordable.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Lead the design in electrical products for rooftop systems and free-standing ground-mounted solar arrays in both low voltage and high voltage systems.
  • Identify project requirements based on the electric utility interconnect agreements, contracts, regulatory requirements, etc. and design components to address the site-specific requirements.
  • Assemble the solar array racking, properly and install all relative equipment, and test assemblies, Set up solar monitoring and reporting systems.

Commissioning Technician

We are looking for an experienced Solar PV Commissioning Technician to join our team. This is an exciting, challenging and fast-paced position with bonus upside for highly exceptional performance.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Responsible for all onsite commissioning activities
  • Responsible to ensure work is professionally and efficiently performed
  • Coordinate with Installers and GCS Training Manager on preparations for commissioning.

Field Applications Engineer (Bilingual in Spanish)

The Field Applications Engineer will work to support our team of technicians and our customers to maintain our fleet of solar trackers. They will be responsible for keeping our fleet operating at 100% by monitoring for faults and working to dispatch the resources necessary to fix the faults. They will also be responsible for supporting commissioning of new projects – both remotely and on-site.   • Provide project management and logistical support for ongoing site remediation & maintenance activities

Logistics/Project Manager Utility Scale Solar Industry

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager / Project Manager in Solar to undertake all aspects of project management to join our team. This is a highly demanding, challenging and fast paced full time position based in NYC until the end of the year then we will be moving to Norwalk CT. The candidate must be self-motivated, independent, and able to handle high stress with multiple priorities. This position will report directly to the COO.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Customer interface for all scheduling, deliveries, and issue resolution
  • Must be a customer service ambassador and able to engage with the client at all levels to immediately resolve any customer problems or complaints
  • Manage relationships and expectations through daily communication to the client
  • Main customer contact from project kick off through site commissioning and handoff
  • Customer Change Order processing and issue resolution
