Responsibilities:
  • Customer interface for all scheduleing, deliveries, and issue resolution
  • Main customer contact from delivery time stamp to site commissioning
  • Coordination of deliveries between supplier, GCS, and customer in accordance with contract documents
  • Coordination of customer training, commissioning, and scheduling of GCS Field Technicians
  • Manage company logistics function and logistics personnel
  • Customer Change Order processing and issue resolution

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates

This is a highly demanding, challenging and fast paced full time position based in NYC. The candidate must be self-motivated, independent and able to handle multiple priorities. This position reports directly to the VP of Manufacturing.

Duties:

Procurement assistants are in charge of organizing paperwork, such as purchase orders and delivery schedules review orders. Most tasks involve keeping and updating records and information, as well as coordinating purchasing with clients and co-workers. It is their job to ensure smooth operations throughout the production and distribution life of a given product. Accordingly, duties may also include monitoring production rates and raw material prices, contacting vendors and checking inventories.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Monitoring production rates and raw material prices, contacting vendors and checking inventories
  • Creating Purchase Order’s, Sales Orders, Packing Lists in Quickbooks
  • Daily activities include vendor calls, purchase order quality control, part print quality control, and data management

SCADA Engineer

The SCADA engineer will work in development to improve our framework for data acquisition and control of our fleet of 100's of MW of solar trackers. They will also coordinate with installers and customers to ensure effective cooperation during install and smooth handoff of controls and data afterwards. Roles and responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to plan for upcoming installs

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire geotechnical scope for GCS: Subsurface Exploration, On-Site Testing and Foundation Design
  • Oversee pull testing:
  •    •    Coordinate with project engineers to create geotechnical inspection scopes of work
  •    •    Manage Geotechnical engineering subcontractors
  •    •    Review and anlyze geotechnical reports and provide input to project engineers
  • Oversee on-site full scale pull testing
  •    •    Coordinate with project engineers to create pull test procedures
  •    •    Manage pull testing subcontractors including schedule and price
  •    •    Arrange for equipment and testing material delivery to project site
