We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support all aspects of project management to join our team. Successful candidates will train and learn under our project management team and will considered for a Project Manager position 6 months to 1 year after hire. Customer Service:
- Support Project Managers with customer interface for all scheduling, deliveries, and issue resolution
- Manage relationships and expectations through daily communication to the client
- Main customer contact from project kick off through site commissioning
- Customer Change Order processing and issue resolution
Field Technician Support:
- Coordination of customer onsite training, commissioning, and scheduling of GCS Field Technicians
- Provide support to GCS Field Technicians; point of contact for all operations and engineering related questions
Logistics Management:
- Manage company logistics function and logistic coordination
- Coordination of deliveries between supplier, GCS, and customer in accordance with contract documents
- Work closely with Production Operations to achieve on time, in full, error free production and deliveries
- Lead root cause analysis relating to any late deliveries to our customers
- Ensure internal protocols are followed with diligence to ensure 100% on time deliveries execution
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience in Utility/ Commercial solar industry a plus
- Experience in managing logistics function and remote field operation teams

Metal Bender
We are looking to hire a Metal Bender/Installer with experience working in Metallurgy, Physics, Strength of Materials and Fabrication experience. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of technical metal working skills, including but not limited to: Design, MIG welding, bending, tempering, precision cutting/manufacturing, roll forming, die punching, etc. This role provides a creative, design focused process in which the candidate may contribute to the improvement of design strength and longevity while minimizing manufacturing costs. This position will require a candidate who is well organized and highly attentive to detail. The scale of size for racking components ranges greatly, therefore precision is of the utmost importance. The qualified candidate must be able to produce components based off of detailed prints with a high level of accuracy. Additionally, the ideal candidate will review designs and provide technical expertise on manufacturing methods which may contribute to efficiency and reduction of cost.

Solar Field Technician
We are searching for a Solar Field Technician with a significant background in solar installation, framing or construction. The ideal candidate will be well versed in large scale utility solar installations to best support the advancements of the research and development team. This is a prime opportunity with the advantage of creative, hands-on work which allow the candidate to expand their technical skills and contribute to new product development.
