Vikas is a seasoned professional with rich experience of more than 11 years in the global renewable energy industry. Before joining GameChange Solar in 2021, Vikas worked with Sterling and Wilson for 9 years where he played a key role in its growth and public listing. He was instrumental in the company’s international expansion, multifold revenue growth, and establishment as the world’s largest solar EPC solutions provider. His understanding of technology, project development, finance, and inter-cultural aspects coupled with a strong business network has earned him trust and respect in the global solar industry.

Vikas has also served on the Board of Middle East Solar Association (MESIA) as the International Cooperation and Development Director from 2019-2021. He firmly believes that the energy sector is experiencing an unprecedented transformation and that in the next decade, most of the energy requirement will be met by renewables supported by energy storage and hydrogen. He is passionate about helping global economies transition from a system based on fossil fuels to one based on renewable energy leading to a low carbon future. Vikas lives in Dubai with his wife and two children. His interests lie in storytelling, history, and badminton. He believes in giving back to the society and supports the social welfare of low-income families.
