NEW YORK, NEW YORK – January 16, 2020 – GameChange Solar today announced that a 7.9 MW MaxSpan™ Post Driven System was installed in Bermuda. The system withstood 125 MPH wind gusts from Hurricane Humberto, which left much of the island’s other infrastructure severely damaged and 80% of the island without electricity. The system utilized 24,192 high power solar modules and was installed directly next to the ocean. Extra galvanization levels were required due to high corrosiveness.
