Personal academic backgrounded in mechanical engineering, Bachelor degree in University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and Master degree in Columbia University in the City of New York.
Personal early-stage career experienced in mechanical engineering design, product launching and product certification process. In 2015, transited from an engineer into production management at ExxonMobil Tianjin China, leaded the China Tianjin production unit to achieve operational excellent target in productivity, reliability and quality control. Major achievement was to increase annual production by 25% and increase 8% unit reliability. Binghan now lead the GameChange Solar China supplier quality control and logistic team to oversee the vendor management process, including vendor sourcing, production witness, quality control and product on time delivery.
Binghan also certified as the IATF internal auditor in 2017, from LIoyd’s Register Quality Assurance. He has the skill to professionally assess the vendor factory management, manufacturing ability and quality control process, to make sure GameChange’s vendors can provide top quality products to serve GameChange’s customer.
Graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and earned Bachelor’s Degree in University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Personally also hold Global Supply Chain Management MBA certificate at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
